CPR & First Aid Training — Choose Your Certification
HSI CPR & First Aid (All Ages)
Designed for non-healthcare providers who want to be prepared for emergencies or are required by their workplace
- Hands-on practice includes CPR for adults, children, and infants, choking, AED use, EpiPen use, and first aid scenarios
- Students complete a performance evaluation — all skills must be performed competently without assistance
- Certification is valid for 2 years and issued the same day
- Blended option available: Complete the online portion at home and finish with a 2-hour in-person skills session at our location ($75)
- Full in-person class: 4-5 hours at our location ($90)
- Same-day HSI certification card issued upon successful completion
Who Should Take This Course:
Teachers, camp counselors, coaches, foster care providers, social workers, nannies, parents, grandparents, babysitters (10+), workplace employees, construction workers, and acupuncture students approved by the CA Acupuncture Board.
Who Should NOT Take This Course:
Healthcare providers or professional rescuers — must take BLS instead
