Terms and Conditions

By registering for or attending any Teach BLS course (including CPR, BLS, Pediatric, AVIRT, Stop the Bleed, and related training), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all participants, whether individuals, groups, or organizational clients.

Registration is complete only after full payment or an approved purchase order/contract has been received. Teach BLS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If Teach BLS cancels a course, participants may choose a refund or reschedule.

Participants are responsible for completing any required online coursework prior to attending hands-on sessions. Proof of online completion must be presented at the start of in-person training. Teach BLS is not responsible for providing course materials supplied by third parties. Certification cards are issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements and receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participants must arrive on time and remain present for the duration of the course. Late arrivals may be denied entry and required to reschedule. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without refund. Only registered participants may attend training; guests and observers are not permitted, unless specifically authorized (e.g., translators).

Teach BLS does not issue refunds for course registration or skills sessions once payment has been made. Participants who need to cancel or reschedule must notify Teach BLS as soon as possible; failure to attend without notice constitutes a no-show. No-shows and cancellations without appropriate notice result in forfeiture of the course fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees in accordance with Teach BLS policies.

Participation in training involves physical activities, including hands-on practice. By attending, you assume all risks related to your participation and agree that Teach BLS, its instructors, employees, and agents are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from training activities, except where prohibited by law. This includes any claims related to personal injury, emotional distress, or property loss.

By attending Teach BLS training, you grant permission for Teach BLS to take and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of you for educational, promotional, or social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Teach BLS in writing before the training.

By registering for training, you agree to receive communications from Teach BLS, including confirmations, reminders, and related updates. Teach BLS protects personal information in accordance with applicable privacy practices.

All course content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property delivered or displayed during training remain the property of Teach BLS or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without express written permission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

By completing registration or attending any Teach BLS course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
